Speaking on behalf of ACD presenters, Senior Product Manager Tony Williams said, "it was two full days but our packages are so feature-rich, and our future directions are so promising, that the time flew by". He noted that, "for me, the high points of the EUM were the examples from customers of how our tools are helping them".
Calling it an "unprecedented opportunity to host several of Europe's most influential scientists and decision makers in pharmaceutical and chemical industries", PhysChem Product Manager Robert DeWitte added that he was "looking forward to hosting a North American Users Meeting in the near future".
The 3 major themes to be addressed at that gathering were:
- Spectral and chromatographic processing and data management software and databases.
- Different software applications applied to combinatorial chemistry.
- New approaches to structure elucidation using software tools
