ACD/MS Manager can directly import .raw files from Xcalibur (up to version 2.0) when Xcalibur is installed on the same computer as MS Manager.

For ACD/MS Manager versions.5.0 and later, users can import Xcalibur *.raw files even when Xcalibur and MS Manager software are not installed on the same computer using Thermo Electron Xcalibur® OCX (shown below)

The File Splitter with Xcalibur (including interleaved data splitting option) and Thermo Electron ICIS formats are now fully supported.

Support for other Thermo file formats may require file conversion using the Xcalibur XCONVERT utility provided by Thermo Electron. Instructions on how to use the Xcalibur XCONVERT utility can be found here.
